The Morrigan's Path Anatomical Heart
Here at The Druid's Kitchen we really enjoyed making the whole range of Halloween or Samhain soaps and this one was so popular that it has stayed as a permanent addition to the family. It is based on the anatomical heart and offers a gruesome extra for your bathroom over the Samhain period and throughout the year.
The Morrigan's Path Anatomical Heart is also bought as a romantic gift to give to a loved one during Samhain and is often bought for valentines day – a really unusual gift for the right person.
The Morrigan's Path Activated charcoal soap was designed as a facial soap and may help to reduce signs of acne and spots.
Activated charcoal soap is also ideal for mechanics, engineers, and gardeners as a hand soap.
The Important Ingredients:
Activated Charcoal is thought to draw dirt, grime, grease, poisons, and chemicals from your pores and has been proven to absorb thousands of times its own mass. It is considered to be an essential tool in fighting acne too.
Fuller’s Earth Clay is often paired with Activated Charcoal due to the skincare benefits it is renowned for. It is thought to absorb the excess oil that is drawn out by the Activated Charcoal, improve elasticity and complexion as well as being thought to fight acne.
Apple Cider Vinegar is widely used to remove toxins from the skin, reduce age spots, fight wrinkles and fight acne, spots, and pimples. It was a no-brainer to include this in The Morrigan's Path.
Cocoa and Mango Butters are used to counter the possible drying effects of the other ingredients in the soap and as a bonus, they are also used in many anti-ageing products as they are considered to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
Avocado Oil is an essential ingredient in products designed to help fight acne as it contains vitamins A, D, and E which are known to help protect skin from the damage caused by spots and acne. It is also thought to reduce the itching that can be caused by skin conditions.
Castor Oil is used in The Morrigan's Path to provide a rich and stable lather, resulting in a luxurious feel to your facial soap.
Tea Tree Oil is stage two of The Morrigan's Path. It provides antibacterial properties and is widely used to cleanse the skin and clean away the dirt and grime removed by the activated charcoal and is thought to help reduce scarring caused by spots and acne.
Vitamin E encourages the natural healing of the skin so if vital for any facial soap.
